December Fitness Friend Spotlight!


Before participating in the ThermalFlex29 program, I felt like I was unable to balance all of the time. In fact, I was off balance quite frequently. I was feeling stressed, and always worrying, “what if I fall?’” Since working on the exercises that Julie Anne teaches, I have been using my breathing techniques to relax before taking on a task. I have learned to take a moment and focus while doing my exercises and before beginning daily activities. I feel a sense of accomplishment and definitely more confidence in my steps!  - Tina F.
