February Fitness Friend Spotlight!


 I was looking for coaching primarily to help with the neuropathy I had in my feet. It wasn't terrible and didn't stop me from doing anything, but I certainly did not want it to continue and/or get worse.  I learned that small things have greater impact on my body and health than I ever realized. Julie Anne teaches a process of many "little" things, like how to sit, get up, stand, what shoes to wear, etc. This has made drastic changes in my flexibility and movement...it's all pretty amazing and very encouraging! I look at my feet and shoes differently and know how to check in on how my body is doing on a daily basis. I have broken tough habits that were hurting my body. The neuropathy, although not entirely gone, is definitely improved and less frequent. I have become more active (walking, biking) to keep building on my healthier foundation and striving for wellness. - Monica B
