
“I was struggling with poor sleep, discomfort on my left side and hip, and low back pain on rising in the morning and after house cleaning. I felt it was just due to the aging process. I was so frustrated over the ongoing discomfort, despite having an active lifestyle. And I was surprised at how much inflammation was present in my body, even though I eat healthy.
