May Fitness Friend Spotlight!



"I began working with Julie Anne 11 years ago in preparation for walking part of the Camino de Santiago. At 63 years old and overweight, I was not in shape to walk 100 miles in the mountains of Spain! Julie Anne helped me fix my posture and strengthen my legs that made for a very successful trip. She has continued teaching me how to exercise safely, including flexibility and breathing techniques to relieve pain and enhance my life experiences. With her guidance I have successfully handled bilateral knee replacements and learned to combat sciatica and arthritis in my pelvic area. I am enjoying travelling and have the confidence that my senior body can do things that I love to do! Thanks Julie Anne!!!"  - Chris Z
