September Fitness Friend Spotlight


“My goal was always to be able to enjoy my retirement, be active, and do things I was not physically able to do prior to weight loss. I’ve viewed others in my life who experienced chronic pain and did not exercise, and I saw how it affected their lifestyle. Those who have stayed active and exercised not only do more and go more places, but they live longer with a better quality of life. So, I started working with Julie Anne several years ago to help me with strength and balance. I have had surgeries over the years, and I do believe that with being a regular exerciser, recovery has been faster with less effort. This has allowed me to be able to do everything I want to, including going to my favorite place on earth on a regular basis – the beach!” - Cindy P.
