"I was frustrated with coldness in my legs and a ‘lopsided’ torso. My legs always felt inflamed, and I relied on hot packs for relief. One shoulder was noticeably higher than the other, and it was hard to feel balanced. Since working with Julie Anne, I’ve noticed great improvements! While the coldness in my legs hasn’t completely gone away, the inflammation has decreased, and my torso is much more aligned. The breathing and foot exercises she introduced me to have significantly improved my posture, both when sitting and standing. Julie Anne also recommended specific shoes for me. I can now walk longer with less discomfort. I feel more aligned and comfortable in my body and feel more balanced overall. I’m now looking forward to setting higher level goals!" - Doris K
